Discovery Ranch is a residential treatment center for boys aged 13 to 18 on a 20-plus acre campus in Mapleton, Utah, in the Rocky Mountains. Oxbow Academy is a residential treatment program and therapeutic boarding school in Mount Pleasant, Utah for boys aged 10 to 17 with problematic sexual behaviors, including compulsive sexual behavior and pornography addiction. The program also treats co-occurring substance addictions and houses neurodiverse and neurotypical students in separate units. Care moves through evaluation, treatment and transition phases on a residential campus.

Embark Behavioral Health's Springville residential treatment center works with adolescent and teen girls, and with nonbinary and LGBTQ+ young people, on Level 1 autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. Set near the Springville freshwater springs, it blends inpatient mental health care with outdoor experiences, daily fitness and schooling, using approaches including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Private insurance is accepted; Embark states that it cannot accept Medicaid for this program, so cover should be settled before admission.
