Additional support includes the Rally Point Recovery veterans program, and the site states its staff are fully licensed, certified and credentialed. Louisiana Medicaid covers intensive outpatient services here, and Medicare and private insurance are also accepted.

New Directions for Veterans (NDVets) has provided comprehensive services to veterans in Los Angeles County since 1992. Founded by two formerly homeless Vietnam veterans, the organization offers substance abuse treatment, counseling, job referral and placement, money management classes, and legal and tax assistance. NDVets serves men and women veterans and their families, and is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services. The program accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

High Point Treatment Center in Plymouth is a treatment facility and inpatient rehab for men and women. The facility provides treatment for addiction and/or mental health issues in a peaceful setting. Services include Dual Diagnosis Unit, Detoxification Unit, and Clinical Stabilization Services at the Pathway Inn and Recovery Inn. Outpatient Services are also available at this site. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Catholic Charities Maine has served the people of Maine since 1966, reaching over 50,000 individuals annually through nearly 500 employees and 560 volunteers. Its St. Francis Recovery Center provides residential rehabilitation, and the organization offers substance use disorder counseling and behavioral health services across the state. Accredited by the Council on Accreditation and a member of Catholic Charities USA and United Way. Catholic Charities Maine accepts Medicare. As a faith-based non-profit, services are offered regardless of religion.

Gaudenzia in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, provides residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment as part of one of the largest nonprofit addiction treatment networks in the Mid-Atlantic. Gaudenzia offers crisis stabilization, withdrawal management, residential care, and outpatient programming across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Its treatment model combines evidence-based clinical care with trauma-informed approaches.

Gateway Rehab – Erie is a residential substance use treatment program in Erie, Pennsylvania, part of Gateway Rehabilitation Center, which has provided addiction recovery in western Pennsylvania since 1972. The program offers residential rehabilitation, 24-hour assessment and admission, and integrates physical and mental health care with substance use treatment. It accepts Medicare, military insurance and self-pay.

Accredited by The Joint Commission, Buddy's Ranch accepts private insurance, TRICARE, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Magellan, and ComPsych, and does not accept Medicaid.

Compassion Recovery Centers provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment in Laguna Hills, California. The program offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and a specialized IOP track for work burnout, as well as virtual IOP for California residents. The center is a 100%-in-network provider and accepts Medicare, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS of California, Cigna, United Healthcare, and TRICARE. Lund's Hoehl Family Building on Joy Drive in South Burlington, Vermont houses the non-profit's outpatient clinical services alongside its early education, adoption and community programs. Services support pregnant and parenting women affected by substance use, together with their children and families. Outpatient counseling and case management connect with Lund's residential treatment program in nearby Burlington.

Choice Wellness is a behavioral health residential facility in Peoria, Arizona, offering psychiatric services, counseling, and personalized treatment plans for adults with mental-health conditions. The center emphasizes building residents' social skills and independent-living ability toward community reintegration. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.

Northpoint Colorado, located in Loveland, offers inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment as part of the Northpoint Recovery network. The Loveland campus provides medical detox and residential care with evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Action Family Counseling provides intensive outpatient addiction and mental health treatment in Bakersfield, California. Founded in 1997 by Cary Quashen, the program is Joint Commission accredited and serves teens ages 12–17 and adults with separate treatment tracks at every level of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, medication-assisted treatment, and sober living. The facility accepts all major private insurance plans and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

NorthSight Recovery provides intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in Arizona. The facility accepts Medicare, private health insurance, military insurance.

Advanced Therapeutic Services runs outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment from two Southern California sites, in Barstow and Rancho Mirage. Its clinical lineage is unusual for an outpatient program: co-founder Jim Herndon co-authored an abstract in the ASAM Journal of Addictive Diseases in 2005 finding that buprenorphine detoxification improved patient retention, and that protocol went on to be recognized nationally as a model for opiate detox. Josie Ramirez-Herndon, the founder and chief executive, has worked in behavioral health and addiction services since 1987. The program is a Blue Distinction Center by Anthem Blue Cross and holds CARF accreditation.
