The admissions process begins with a confidential conversation with Clearfork Academy’s admissions team. A clinical assessment is then completed to determine whether the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at the Fort Worth facility is appropriate. If the teen is admitted, the family receives information about the treatment schedule, required documents, program expectations, and anticipated start date. When another level of care is clinically more appropriate, the team will discuss suitable next steps or referral options.
