Clearfork Academy

Clearfork Academy's Carrollton campus provides outpatient treatment for adolescents at 4100 Fairway Court, Suite 220, serving families across the northern Dallas suburbs. It runs partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) tracks for teenagers being treated for substance use, alcohol and drug addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and co-occurring conditions, so a teen can stay at home and in school while in structured clinical care. Therapy includes individual and group work, CBT, DBT, EMDR and family counselling. Clearfork Academy was founded by Austin Davis, LPC-S, treats adolescents only, and is Christ-centred in approach with families kept part of treatment throughout. This is one of four Clearfork Academy sites in North Texas.
