Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus is a 80-bed treatment center for adolescents aged 12-18. Located on 50 scenic acres, it includes an on-site school, a chapel, a gymnasium and fitness center and an outdoor dining patio.

Heartland Girls' Ranch provides residential treatment for adolescent girls in Benson, Minnesota. The programme combines substance use disorder treatment with mental health services, an on-site school programme, and equine-assisted therapy through its horse programme. Heartland also offers the Hearts for Freedom programme for survivors of sex trafficking. The ranch setting provides a structured, therapeutic environment where residents work with horses as part of their recovery process.

Alpharus Health in Carbondale is a dual diagnosis treatment center and long-term rehab program for teenagers and adults struggling with both addiction and mental illness. The Carbondale program is unchanged by the organisation's August 2026 renaming from Gateway Foundation to Alpharus Health.
