About The Credo Farm
The Farm offers a holistic rehabilitative environment for young men ages 16 to 20 with a substance abuse diagnosis. The program is individualized to meet each resident’s diverse needs, and offers a variable length of stay of up to 12 months with the average of 6 to 8 months, depending on progress in the program and individual circumstances.

I attended this place in 2022 and I loved it. This place saved my life. They even had a program where if you had a baby or a child they could come live with you there. It was an all girls program, lon…
horrible and the worst rehab facility in the east coast. Do not recommend this place. Rather have my child overdose than send him here. Horrible staff and undisciplined children.
