The Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center of Saint Clair County provides withdrawal management, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The non-profit center serves adults and young adults, including veterans and people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and offers methadone and buprenorphine for opioid use disorder alongside cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.

Rosecrance at Walnut Street (formerly Community Elements) provides adult community support and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for substance abuse. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication. They further offer mental health specialty court services, and assessments for substance abuse and mental health.
