Acadia Healthcare's "Bayside Marin" outpatient clinic is an offshoot of their luxurious residential facility with the same name, offering an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for men and women in and around San Rafael. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Aspire Counseling Services' Victorville location is part of a California network offering substance use and behavioral health treatment through intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for adults, adolescents, and families. Sessions are available in person or online, and the IOP/PHP structure is designed so participants can enter at any point rather than on a fixed schedule. Aspire accepts Medicaid and most private and military insurance plans.

Lakes Regional Community Center is the non-profit community center for Northeast Texas, and its Sherman clinic provides intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders alongside counseling for teens and adults, mental health care, intellectual and developmental disability services and early childhood intervention. It was created on 1 December 1999, when nine county judges pressed for a state-operated program to be converted into a board-governed community non-profit. Texas Medicaid is accepted including the managed programs STAR, STAR Plus and STAR Kids, along with Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding — and services are never denied for inability to pay, with uninsured people eligible for a sliding fee discount based on family size and income. Interpretation services are available.

Courage Center runs a 12 to 16 week intensive outpatient addiction treatment program in Gorham, Maine, for people on low incomes in recovery from substance use disorder. The program is secular and MAT-friendly — medication for opioid use disorder is not a barrier to taking part — and it is led by people with their own lived experience of addiction and mental illness. It works particularly with people moving away from both addiction and incarceration. Payment can be made through Medicare or military coverage.

Clearfork Academy’s Carrollton campus provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents ages 13–17. The program supports teens experiencing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, or co-occurring conditions. The campus offers PHP and IOP services with structured programming designed to provide clinical support while allowing adolescents to remain connected to their families and daily environments. Programming may include individual, group, and family therapy, academic support through UT Health Charter School, emotional-regulation skills, relapse-prevention education, and support for school and family functioning. Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on the adolescent’s assessment and clinical needs. Gender-specific programming and faith-optional services are available.

Alpine Recovery Center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment in Bishop, California. Federal survey data indicates the program uses cognitive behavioral therapy, serves veterans and clients with trauma histories, and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and private insurance.

UF Health Florida Recovery Center, part of the University of Florida academic health system, provides addiction treatment in Gainesville. Located at 4305 NW 90 Boulevard, the centre is part of UF Health, an academic medical centre offering a full continuum of care backed by university-level research and clinical expertise.

Enterhealth Outpatient is Enterhealth's Outpatient Center of Excellence in Dallas, offering science-based addiction and mental health treatment at its Douglas Avenue clinic. Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered as part of a full continuum that includes Enterhealth's 43-acre residential Ranch in Van Alstyne. The program accepts private insurance and self-pay.

Breakthrough Recovery Group provides outpatient substance use treatment in Spokane Valley, Washington. The center specializes in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs within a peer-based recovery environment, and does not offer on-site detox or residential care, referring clients to partner programs for those levels. It accepts Medicare, private insurance and military coverage.

Oxford Outpatient Treatment Center is located at 1150 Church Road West in Southaven, Mississippi, under the Oxford Treatment Center brand of American Addiction Centers. According to SAMHSA's 2026 survey, it provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adults, with private insurance and self-pay accepted.

Holyoke Medical Center's Center for Behavioral Health provides mental health and substance use treatment in Holyoke, Massachusetts, with inpatient and outpatient services plus a short-term Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP) for adults managing co-occurring psychiatric and substance use conditions. Clarvida's Pounding Mill office serves Tazewell County, Virginia with outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment, including the ARISE intensive outpatient program for adolescents and adults. Clarvida of Virginia has worked with people affected by trauma since 1992, providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults and families, and its wider service range includes counseling, autism services, and educational and training programs for behavioral health and for intellectual and developmental disabilities. Payment can be made through Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

The Berman Center provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in Atlanta, Georgia, for adolescents and adults. Its adult programs include an 8-week intensive outpatient program meeting three days a week and a 10-week partial hospitalization program meeting five days a week, while its IGNITE program offers an 8–12 week IOP or PHP for adolescents ages 14–18. Treatment is supplemented with yoga, personal training and creative-expression classes.

Behavioral Health Services of Pickens County provides outpatient substance use and behavioral health treatment in Easley, South Carolina. Its intensive outpatient program meets three hours a day, three days a week, alongside medication-assisted treatment and counseling for children, adolescents and families. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit accepts Medicaid and most major insurance, with a sliding fee scale for people without coverage.

White Horse Addiction Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing outpatient substance use and mental health treatment across four northern New Hampshire towns — Center Ossipee, North Conway, Littleton and Berlin.
