Lakes Regional Community Center's Bonham campus on West Sam Rayburn Drive provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment for Fannin County and the wider Northeast Texas region, alongside mental health care, intellectual and developmental disability services and early childhood intervention. A 24/7 crisis hotline runs on 877-466-0660, interpretation is available through Language Link, and the center supports veterans through the Texas Veterans Portal. Texas Medicaid is accepted including the managed programs STAR, STAR Plus and STAR Kids, along with Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding — and services are never denied for inability to pay, with a sliding fee discount for uninsured people based on family size and income.

Lakes Regional Community Center is the non-profit community center for Northeast Texas, and its Sherman clinic provides intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders alongside counseling for teens and adults, mental health care, intellectual and developmental disability services and early childhood intervention. It was created on 1 December 1999, when nine county judges pressed for a state-operated program to be converted into a board-governed community non-profit. Texas Medicaid is accepted including the managed programs STAR, STAR Plus and STAR Kids, along with Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding — and services are never denied for inability to pay, with uninsured people eligible for a sliding fee discount based on family size and income. Interpretation services are available.

Recovery in the Pines offers a long-term Christian discipleship recovery model for men and women struggling with substance abuse, addictive behaviors, and co-occurring mental health conditions in Prescott, Arizona. The program serves a broad spectrum of clients, from young adults facing failure-to-launch challenges to accomplished executives, with detox and residential treatment. Its faith-based approach integrates Christian principles with clinical substance use disorder treatment.

CODAC Behavioral Healthcare has offered substance use treatment, recovery and prevention services in Rhode Island for more than 50 years. With nine locations statewide, two correctional facility programs and mobile medical units, CODAC's newly opened Royal Little Drive location in Providence provides integrated outpatient care and accepts Medicare and Medicaid.

Aspire Counseling Services' Victorville location is part of a California network offering substance use and behavioral health treatment through intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for adults, adolescents, and families. Sessions are available in person or online, and the IOP/PHP structure is designed so participants can enter at any point rather than on a fixed schedule. Aspire accepts Medicaid and most private and military insurance plans.

Northstar Recovery Center provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment in West Springfield, Massachusetts, with additional locations in Southborough. It offers day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, plus mental health and dual-diagnosis treatment, and reports serving more than 2,000 clients. Courage Center runs a 12 to 16 week intensive outpatient addiction treatment program in Gorham, Maine, for people on low incomes in recovery from substance use disorder. The program is secular and MAT-friendly — medication for opioid use disorder is not a barrier to taking part — and it is led by people with their own lived experience of addiction and mental illness. It works particularly with people moving away from both addiction and incarceration. Payment can be made through Medicare or military coverage.

Alpine Recovery Center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment in Bishop, California. Federal survey data indicates the program uses cognitive behavioral therapy, serves veterans and clients with trauma histories, and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and private insurance.

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation's Hudson, Wisconsin site is a dual-diagnosis outpatient clinic offering intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and day treatment, in person and virtually. Staffed by psychiatrists and therapists credentialed in both mental health and addiction counseling, it treats co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions within one program. The clinic is part of the nonprofit Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and accepts private insurance.

Clarvida's Pounding Mill office serves Tazewell County, Virginia with outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment, including the ARISE intensive outpatient program for adolescents and adults. Clarvida of Virginia has worked with people affected by trauma since 1992, providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults and families, and its wider service range includes counseling, autism services, and educational and training programs for behavioral health and for intellectual and developmental disabilities. Payment can be made through Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

Enterhealth Outpatient is Enterhealth's Outpatient Center of Excellence in Dallas, offering science-based addiction and mental health treatment at its Douglas Avenue clinic. Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered as part of a full continuum that includes Enterhealth's 43-acre residential Ranch in Van Alstyne. The program accepts private insurance and self-pay.

Holyoke Medical Center's Center for Behavioral Health provides mental health and substance use treatment in Holyoke, Massachusetts, with inpatient and outpatient services plus a short-term Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP) for adults managing co-occurring psychiatric and substance use conditions. The center also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. It accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans.

Greenhouse Outpatient Center is the Arlington, Texas outpatient location of Greenhouse Treatment Center, part of American Addiction Centers. It offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for substance use disorders, including medication-assisted treatment, and a sober living community called Resolutions for those needing added structure. The center accepts most commercial insurance plans and is not in network with Medicare or Medicaid.

Atlanta Treatment Center (ATC) provides counseling, assessment, education and treatment services in Marietta, Georgia, including an intensive outpatient program, adult individual, couples and family therapy, and a treatment track specifically for the LGBTQI community. It also offers Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services for Department of Transportation return-to-duty cases.

Clearfork Academy’s Carrollton campus provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents ages 13–17. The program supports teens experiencing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, or co-occurring conditions. The campus offers PHP and IOP services with structured programming designed to provide clinical support while allowing adolescents to remain connected to their families and daily environments. Programming may include individual, group, and family therapy, academic support through UT Health Charter School, emotional-regulation skills, relapse-prevention education, and support for school and family functioning. Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on the adolescent’s assessment and clinical needs. Gender-specific programming and faith-optional services are available.

Centerstone of Illinois is part of Centerstone, a nonprofit health system providing mental health and addiction treatment for adults, children, families, veterans and military service members. Its Alton location offers intensive outpatient and outpatient care within a system that also provides residential and inpatient services. Centerstone accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.

State Line Treatment Services provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for residents of Southwest Ohio, with locations in Harrison and Ross. The program offers medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Subutex, and methadone, alongside counseling and group therapy for addiction to alcohol, opioids, and other substances. State Line accepts Medicare and military insurance (TRICARE).

ABC Therapy provides bilingual English and Spanish outpatient counseling, substance-use programs, court-mandated classes and evaluations, and has worked with clients across Southern Nevada for more than 30 years. The practice was founded to deliver culturally sensitive care for Spanish-speaking clients and for people navigating court requirements, and it runs intensive outpatient alongside regular outpatient services from its office at 7 South Water Street in Henderson. Private insurance and military insurance are accepted.

Horizons Counseling Center provides confidential outpatient substance use and mental health counseling for individuals and families in Laconia, New Hampshire. The nonprofit offers intensive outpatient treatment, the Compass House program, the Nathan Brody Program and recovery court services, with evening hours by appointment.
