Gateway Foundation in Harvey is an outpatient rehab program and IOP for men, connecting 60 sober living homes in suburban New Orleans, Louisiana. Staff members are all in recovery themselves, under the direction of a licensed addiction counselor. Gateway accepts clients on opioid medication.

Choices of Louisiana in La Place is an outpatient rehab and opioid treatment program for methadone and buprenorphine clients. This treatment provider is listed as a SAMHSA-Certified Opioid Treatment Program. The facility accepts pregnant and postpartum women.
