Community Care Network (Rutland Mental Health Services)

Community Care Network, formerly Rutland Mental Health Services, is the non-profit designated agency for Rutland County, Vermont. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment, medication-assisted treatment, case management and peer support, alongside adult and children's mental health services, crisis stabilization and mobile crisis response. Services are delivered from locations across Rutland.
