Montana Outpatient Rehabs

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch has cared for young people since welcoming its first child in 1957 and runs psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) on its historic Billings campus on South 72nd Street West, alongside therapeutic group homes and statewide community-based services. The program works with youth affected by trauma and complex mental health needs, and its admissions team helps families choose within that statewide network. Private insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield and TRICARE is accepted, as are state-funded placements.

Stillwater Alternatives is the Columbus, Montana site of Alternatives, Inc., a Billings-based nonprofit that has worked in community corrections and re-entry since 1980 and serves Yellowstone, Carbon and Stillwater Counties. The organisation runs jail-alternatives programs in Yellowstone and Stillwater Counties alongside outpatient and intensive outpatient alcohol and drug treatment, and its residential programs are designed as an intermediate step between prison and the community. Medicare, private insurance and military insurance are accepted.
