The following rules govern participation in the ChooseHelp.com community, including the Expert Q&A section and any discussion forums. By participating you agree to be bound by these rules, which must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

1. Our forums should not be used to self-diagnose or to treat yourself.
2. Authors and professional contributors featured on this site provide information for educational purposes only. Forum replies — including Expert Q&A responses — do not constitute a clinical consultation.
3. Authors and professional contributors do not dispense medical, legal, or professional advice, nor do they prescribe any treatment or strategy that should be followed without the advice of a qualified professional.
4. To follow up with a featured author or contributor, use the contact methods provided on their profile page.
5. Do not disclose confidential, personal, or sensitive information about yourself or others. The forums are publicly visible.
6. You acknowledge that in your account profile settings you can select from three privacy options: (1) posting as anonymous, (2) under your nickname only, or (3) with your full name.
7. Questions submitted to the Expert Q&A forum may be rejected, moved to different experts or topic categories, or edited for spelling and clarity.
8. You confirm that using our forums is lawful in the country or state where you reside.
9. ChooseHelp.com may not pre-screen contributions before they are posted.
10. Views expressed in the forums are those of individual users and do not reflect the views or positions of ChooseHelp.com or Schoelco.

These rules do not create any obligation for ChooseHelp to monitor content. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of access.

These rules form part of the ChooseHelp Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference. In case of conflict, the main Terms of Service and applicable law prevail.
