Vitality Unlimited in Las Vegas offers counseling services for those with alcohol and other drug problems.

This is TASC's Southwest Illinois and Metro East office at 7650 Magna Drive, Suite 200 in Belleville, open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. TASC works at the intersection of behavioral health and the legal system, and its Community Resources and Treatment service provides screening and assessment for substance use and mental health needs plus outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, delivered in person at selected sites and by telehealth anywhere in Illinois. The office also supports St. Clair County's drug court, drug school and domestic violence programs, and it accepts Medicare, private and military insurance, payment assistance and self-payment.

C.H.A.D. runs an OASAS-licensed outpatient clinic at 75 Genesee Street in Auburn, with an adult intensive outpatient program, individual and group counseling, and medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone and Vivitrol. The agency is also Cayuga County's OASAS prevention provider, houses the Cayuga County Drug Free Community Coalition, and sends counsellors into the Cayuga County Jail to work with incarcerated people who have alcohol or drug problems. Its payment page states that Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care are accepted along with most insurance, Medicare and personalised payment plans, and telehealth appointments are available.

The Work Group Counseling Center, also known as Joe's Place, provides outpatient individual counseling in Pennsauken, New Jersey, for adults age 16 and up with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. The program offers medication evaluation and monitoring, family and couples counseling, and aftercare services, and currently accepts Medicaid.

Guiding Minds Counseling and Treatment Center in Dallas, Texas offers outpatient substance use services including an Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program providing medication-assisted treatment with counseling and support, available to clients with or without insurance. The center offers flexible scheduling with weekday hours Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, and accepts appointments for individualized treatment planning.

One World Counseling provides a comprehensive range of treatment services to individuals in recovery, along with their family members and significant others.

Mile High Behavioral Healthcare runs outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction and mental health care from its Peak One Drive site in Frisco, one of its Summit County facilities alongside a Denver home office in the Globeville neighborhood and additional sites in Sheridan and Aurora. Its programs include women and family services, a Family Preservation Center, recovery support, housing and shelter services, and the Transgender Center of the Rockies serving LGBTQ2S+ and transgender clients. Medicare, private insurance and military insurance are accepted, state funding is available, and payment assistance is offered.

New Directionz in Lancaster, California delivers intensive outpatient substance use treatment with dedicated youth services for ages 12–17 alongside adult programming. The center provides individual and group counseling, behavioral health treatment, drug testing, and case management, as well as parenting classes, domestic violence intervention, and anger management. Transportation and snacks are provided to youth during treatment.

Metrocare Services is the largest provider of mental health services in North Texas, serving more than 55,000 people a year across Dallas County, and it has done so for over fifty years. Its substance use programs are person-centered and trauma-informed, and sit inside an unusually wide organization: mental health care for adults and children, intellectual and developmental disability services including autism, veterans and military family services, housing support, pharmacies and community social services. Metrocare is also the local IDD authority, which means its staff enroll eligible people into Medicaid programs and onto the state Medicaid waiver interest lists — a wait that can run over a decade, so getting on it early matters. Accepted coverage includes Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, Scott & White, TRICARE through Humana and UnitedHealthcare, along with Medicare, military insurance and state funding.

Mount Juneau Counseling and Recovery, run by Gastineau Human Services Corporation on Aisek Street in Juneau, operates a 32-bed low-intensity residential substance use treatment program at ASAM level 3.1 together with outpatient individual counseling and groups, so clients can move from residential care through outpatient support. The organization also runs the Glacier Manor Community Residential Center, a correctional rehabilitation program for up to 40 people, and its clinical team includes master's-level counselors and a residential program manager. Medicare, private insurance and self-pay are accepted.

Sutter-Yuba Counties Behavioral Health Services in Yuba City, California provides outpatient substance use and mental health treatment. As a county-operated program, services are available to residents of Sutter and Yuba counties. The program accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale for uninsured residents.

Greater Nashua Mental Health is a nonprofit community mental health center on Amherst Street in Nashua that has served the area since it was incorporated in 1924 as the Community Council of Nashua and became a federally recognized Community Mental Health Center in 1974. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care for children, adolescents, adults and older adults, specializing in significant behavioral health challenges including co-occurring substance use disorders, and runs homeless outreach and services for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing in New Hampshire. Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance are accepted, a sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income, and the center states no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay.

Bresnahan & Ball Counseling Services is a private outpatient practice on Commons Drive in Londonderry, New Hampshire, offering individual and family counseling for substance use recovery in English and Spanish. Joanne Bresnahan holds MLADC, IDSP, SAP and CADAC credentials — meaning the practice can carry out New Hampshire Impaired Driver Service Provider work and Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional evaluations, the assessment a safety-sensitive employee needs to return to duty. It also provides evaluations for men and women who are incarcerated, at their attorney's request. The practice refers out to services it does not provide itself and maintains a referral network with other therapists and physicians. Private and military insurance are accepted, along with Aetna, Anthem, Beacon, Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim and Neighborhood Health Plan.

The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) provides intensive outpatient treatment in Santa Maria, California, serving youth, families, and adults. CADA offers a range of outpatient programs including youth and family services alongside adult substance use treatment. The program accepts Medicare, private insurance, military insurance, and state-financed health insurance.

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health provides mental health and substance use treatment and prevention services to residents of Carbon, Emery and Grand counties, and its Castle Dale office on East 100 South Street offers outpatient and intensive outpatient care. Services span adult mental health, youth and family mental health, medication management and crisis services, including the SafeUT crisis line. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and state funding are accepted, and payment assistance is available.

Hope Restored Counseling provides intensive outpatient treatment in Jackson, Tennessee, with programming that includes DUI school classes, Moral Reconation Therapy, and forensic drug and alcohol testing. The agency serves participants in four county recovery courts and is recognized by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as Co-occurring Disorders Capable. Services are funded through a state grant contract.

SPHS Behavioral Health in Butler, Pennsylvania provides outpatient substance use and mental health services. Part of the Southwest Pennsylvania Human Services network, the program offers counseling, case management, and recovery support for adults and adolescents. SPHS is a nonprofit organization that accepts Medicaid and most private insurance.

Meridian Behavioral Healthcare provides residential and intensive outpatient substance use treatment at its Lake City, Florida location, part of a network serving North Central Florida. The organization offers a range of behavioral health services including crisis stabilization, detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient programs for adults and adolescents. Meridian is a community-based provider and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.

Carbon Medical Service Association provides healthcare services including behavioral health counseling in Sunnyside, Utah. The organization delivers integrated primary care and mental health services to rural communities in Carbon and Emery counties. Carbon Medical accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
