The Hawthorne Mental Health Center offers community mental health services to residents in Mineral County.

Greater Nashua Mental Health is a nonprofit community mental health center on Amherst Street in Nashua that has served the area since it was incorporated in 1924 as the Community Council of Nashua and became a federally recognized Community Mental Health Center in 1974. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care for children, adolescents, adults and older adults, specializing in significant behavioral health challenges including co-occurring substance use disorders, and runs homeless outreach and services for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing in New Hampshire. Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance are accepted, a sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income, and the center states no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay.

Syntero is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has provided mental health and substance use disorder services in Central Ohio for more than 50 years, working from 299 Cramer Creek Court in Dublin and other sites across Franklin, Delaware and Morrow counties. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, with funding support from the ADAMH Board of Franklin County and the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board; services include intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment, counseling for youth, families and older adults, in-home support, and same-day appointments for young people aged 3 to 18 and school staff in Delaware and Morrow counties. Medicaid and Medicare are both recorded as accepted, alongside private and military insurance and self-pay.

Bridge Counseling Associates is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1971, making it the oldest nonprofit counseling provider in Southern Nevada. A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Bridge offers intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and individual and family counseling for co-occurring mental health and addiction needs. Services are provided on a Federal Poverty Level sliding fee scale, and the organization is a certified clinical training site for several university programs. Bridge Counseling Associates accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and state-financed health plans. Staff are available 24/7 at (702) 474-6450.

Central Utah Counseling Center provides mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment services across multiple locations in central Utah. The center offers individual and group therapy, psychiatric medication management, and addiction recovery programs for adults and adolescents. The Ephraim location serves Sanpete County. Central Utah Counseling Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
