Family Access Center provides intensive outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The program offers individual substance use evaluations, mental health assessments, behavioral health intervention services, and court-ordered supervised visitation, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. A sliding fee scale is available, and the center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Family Access Center is accredited by Chapter 24 and Chapter 155.

Family Access Center has served families in Sioux City since 2005 and provides outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health care from its Pierce Street offices, employing more than 100 staff including licensed therapists and certified substance use counselors. The organization is state-licensed, Medicaid and Medicare certified and credentialed by the Council on Accreditation, and delivers family-centred services under contract with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services across Iowa's 30-county Western Service Area. Insurance and private pay are accepted along with sliding fee scales.

New Opportunities Inc provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use disorder treatment in Carroll, Iowa, as part of a broader community services agency serving seven counties in west-central Iowa. The program offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual and group counseling, OWI evaluations, and the Prime for Life prevention curriculum, with walk-in appointments available for assessment. New Opportunities also provides mental health therapy, family counseling, and wraparound supports including Head Start, WIC, and utility assistance. The agency accepts Medicare and private insurance.
