Iowa Counseling Services

Family Access Center has served families in Sioux City since 2005 and provides outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health care from its Pierce Street offices, employing more than 100 staff including licensed therapists and certified substance use counselors. The organisation is state-licensed, Medicaid and Medicare certified and credentialed by the Council on Accreditation, and delivers family-centred services under contract with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services across Iowa's 30-county Western Service Area. Insurance and private pay are accepted along with sliding fee scales.
