Hopewell Clinical is an Illinois outpatient substance use provider licensed by IDHS/DBHR, with more than twenty years behind it, serving clients from Quincy, Springfield and Jacksonville and by telehealth across the state. Its center of gravity is the court-referred client: DUI evaluations conducted under Illinois Administrative Code Title 77 Part 2060, DUI Risk Education, the risk classification that follows, and the documentation needed for license reinstatement. It also provides adolescent substance use treatment, individual and family counseling and anger management. Medicare and military insurance are accepted.

Community Counseling Center of Mercer County provides counseling, behavioral health and substance use treatment for adults, children and families in Mercer County and the surrounding area. Stages of Recovery accepts Medicare and private insurance. The program is designed for clients who do not require 24-hour residential care but need more support than traditional outpatient therapy provides.

Calvary Healing Center provides intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in Arizona. The facility accepts Medicare, private health insurance, state funding.

Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services is part of La Frontera, and its position on cost is stated plainly rather than left to be discovered at intake: the practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay, no one is denied access to services because they cannot pay, and a discounted sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. For a rural catchment where the alternative is often no treatment at all, that is the fact that decides whether someone starts.

High Country Behavioral Health provides intensive outpatient (IOP) substance use treatment at its Idaho Falls location. The program offers structured therapy for adults dealing with addiction and mental health concerns. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, and case management with a focus on rural Idaho communities.

Common Collab is a licensed outpatient behavioral health program in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, serving Berkshire County and western Massachusetts for addiction and mental health. Group therapy is the core of its model, with up to 14 hybrid in-person and virtual groups each week drawing on DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and art therapy, alongside individual therapy and peer recovery coaching.
