Harbor Care

Harbor Care is a nonprofit health and wellness center in Nashua, New Hampshire, providing substance use and mental health treatment as part of a broader mission of housing, healthcare, and veteran services. Its substance use program offers medication-assisted treatment with methadone and buprenorphine, outpatient and intensive outpatient care, peer recovery support, and a residential program for families alongside primary and dental care. Harbor Care accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale so patients pay based on what they can afford.
