Liberty Health Services is a Joint Commission–accredited drug and alcohol treatment center in Derry, New Hampshire. Set in a private wooded area just off I-93, our small 24-bed facility offers medically monitored detox, residential treatment, and outpatient care for adults. Private rooms are available. We accept most major insurance plans.

Liberty offers a full continuum of care in one place:
Medical detox for alcohol, opioids (including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers), benzodiazepines, cocaine, and methamphetamine, with 24/7 nursing and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease withdrawal.
Residential treatment, with individual therapy, group therapy, and family involvement.
Evening intensive outpatient program (IOP), Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 6–9 pm, for clients living at home or in sober living.
Outpatient services and aftercare planning, including relapse prevention and connection to ongoing support.
Treatment & Philosophy
We keep Liberty small on purpose. A low client-to-staff ratio means clients are known by name, meet regularly with a dedicated therapist, and get care built around their own needs, not a one-size-fits-all program. We treat the whole person, physical, emotional, and practical, and we involve families wherever clients want them involved. From detox through outpatient, the goal is a steady path forward with the same team.
