Mending Bridges LLC

Mending Bridges has provided substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment in Orange County, California since 2014, running a full continuum from medically supervised alcohol and drug detox through residential inpatient care to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. Its detox is delivered in a dedicated house, PHP gives intensive structure without an overnight stay, and IOP is for people living at home who need support around work or family. The approach is trauma-informed and holistic, and the program is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services (license 300779BP, expiring October 2026). Private and military insurance are accepted, and it works with most major insurers.
