Potter House Recovery provides partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient addiction treatment in west Cincinnati, structured so clients can keep going to work or look after a family while in treatment. Group work concentrates on emotional regulation, anger management, trauma and relationships. Potter House is an outpatient provider and says plainly that getting sober can first require a detox or inpatient program, which it would refer on for. Medicare and military insurance are accepted.

Phoenix House Orange County provides long-term residential treatment, withdrawal management, intensive outpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders in Santa Ana, California, as part of the non-profit Phoenix House network. The program accepts Medi-Cal — California's Medicaid program — alongside private and military insurance, and offers state-funded places, public assistance and a sliding scale for clients paying themselves.

The eight-acre campus offers CARF-accredited care with private rooms, three chef-prepared meals daily, and dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions. A Tulane Medicine affiliate and VA Community Care Provider, NOLA Detox accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans, with specialized programming for veterans.

The Ranch is Ranch Recovery Centers, Inc.'s men's residential campus in Desert Hot Springs, in operation since 1972. It houses up to 43 men in dormitory settings within an organization that also runs Hacienda Valdez for women and a family program, and lists several commercial insurers plus Medi-Cal information.

MCCA's McDonough House in Danbury, Connecticut provides intensive residential substance use treatment and medically monitored withdrawal management (ASAM 3.7 level of care). MCCA operates addiction treatment programs across western Connecticut, from inpatient care through outpatient clinics.

BriteLife Recovery at Lexington is the New York campus of BriteLife Recovery, run by Windham Falls Recovery LLC at 2774 NY-42 in West Kill, in the Catskill Mountains of Greene County. New York State's Department of Health lists the entity as "Windham Falls Recovery LLC dba BriteLife Recovery at Lexington", and the older Windham Falls name is no longer used publicly. The program runs medically supervised detoxification lasting roughly five to seven days, followed by residential treatment averaging 28 days with gender-specific care, and inpatient treatment for co-occurring anxiety and depression. Clinical work draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, polyvagal- and somatic-informed practice, attachment theory, shame resilience work and grief work. An alumni program continues after discharge. Mending Bridges has provided substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment in Orange County, California since 2014, running a full continuum from medically supervised alcohol and drug detox through residential inpatient care to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. Its detox is delivered in a dedicated house, PHP gives intensive structure without an overnight stay, and IOP is for people living at home who need support around work or family. The approach is trauma-informed and holistic, and the program is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services (license 300779BP, expiring October 2026). Admissions are screened through the hospital's emergency department, so entry is via the ED rather than a direct booking. Coverage includes Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding and public assistance, and self-paying clients are taken.

The Haven Detox - New Jersey provides medical detoxification and residential addiction treatment in Gloucester Township. The facility offers substance use and mental health treatment at its Camden County location, part of a multi-state network with additional centers in Arizona and Arkansas.
