Potter House Recovery provides partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient addiction treatment in west Cincinnati, structured so clients can keep going to work or look after a family while in treatment. Group work concentrates on emotional regulation, anger management, trauma and relationships. Potter House is an outpatient provider and says plainly that getting sober can first require a detox or inpatient program, which it would refer on for. Medicare and military insurance are accepted.

Alamo Behavioral Health is a residential mental health and substance use treatment facility in San Antonio, Texas. It offers medical detoxification, residential treatment, and primary mental health programs, combining evidence-based therapies with holistic approaches, with 24-hour admissions counselors and insurance verification as part of the intake process.

Chemical Addiction Recovery Effort (CARE) is a not-for-profit agency in Panama City providing prevention, intervention, residential treatment and recovery services, with detoxification and medication-assisted treatment. MAT is offered with Vivitrol and with Suboxone, each through its own intake line, and CARE notes openly that the cost of these medications can itself be a barrier to treatment. It also runs AWARE, a program for women built around the additional social stigma women face in addiction, and care coordination to hold the pieces together. The Ranch is Ranch Recovery Centers, Inc.'s men's residential campus in Desert Hot Springs, in operation since 1972. It houses up to 43 men in dormitory settings within an organization that also runs Hacienda Valdez for women and a family program, and lists several commercial insurers plus Medi-Cal information.

Serenity Mesa Recovery Center is a youth substance use treatment facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving young people ages 14 to 20 who struggle with addiction to drugs or alcohol and may have a co-occurring disorder. BriteLife Recovery at Lexington is the New York campus of BriteLife Recovery, run by Windham Falls Recovery LLC at 2774 NY-42 in West Kill, in the Catskill Mountains of Greene County. New York State's Department of Health lists the entity as "Windham Falls Recovery LLC dba BriteLife Recovery at Lexington", and the older Windham Falls name is no longer used publicly. The program runs medically supervised detoxification lasting roughly five to seven days, followed by residential treatment averaging 28 days with gender-specific care, and inpatient treatment for co-occurring anxiety and depression. Clinical work draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, polyvagal- and somatic-informed practice, attachment theory, shame resilience work and grief work. An alumni program continues after discharge. Detox and residential services occupy separate buildings on wooded grounds with hiking trails, group therapy rooms, an auditorium, common areas and a fire pit, and an executive chef prepares the meals. BriteLife states the site is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports and accredited by the Joint Commission. Insurers named on its site include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Anthem, Optum, CDPHP and MVP. BriteLife also operates locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Cenikor Foundation is a nonprofit addiction treatment provider with a location in Amarillo, Texas. SAMHSA's 2026 listing records residential, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and detox services with medication-assisted treatment, while the organization's website describes its Amarillo office as an outpatient and IOP site. Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, private insurance, and sliding-scale payment are recorded.

Greenhouse Treatment Center provides medically supervised detox, residential addiction treatment, and outpatient care at its campus in Grand Prairie, Texas, between Dallas and Fort Worth. Buffalo Plains Recovery provides ASAM 3.7 medically supervised detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care from a quiet residential facility on East Fairlane Drive in Rapid City, with same-day admissions available. The program treats alcohol, opioid, stimulant and benzodiazepine dependence and offers medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder; it is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services and accredited by the Joint Commission.
