Clearfork Academy’s Teen Girls Campus provides gender-specific, around-the-clock care for adolescent girls ages 13–17. Levels of care offered at this location include medically supervised detoxification and residential treatment. Care is designed for substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Individualized programming may include individual and group therapy, family counseling, academic support, experiential activities, recreation, and an optional faith-based track.

Admissions begin with a confidential conversation with a parent or guardian. The admissions team gathers information about the teen’s symptoms, substance use, treatment history, withdrawal risk, safety needs, medications, school functioning, and family circumstances. The team can verify insurance benefits and explain potential coverage and costs. A clinical assessment determines whether medically supervised detox or residential treatment is appropriate. If admitted, the family receives instructions regarding required documentation, medications, arrival, packing, program expectations, and the planned admission date. If another level of care is more appropriate, the team can discuss suitable next steps.
