"Starting Point" is a Harlem-based SAMHSA-Certified opioid treatment program run by START Treatment and Recovery Centers, that offers medical detoxification and outpatient methadone and buprenorphine services.

Jade Wellness Center is a family-owned and operated outpatient substance use treatment center serving Pittsburgh's Southside, Monroeville and Wexford in Southwestern Pennsylvania. The program offers counseling and medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone and Vivitrol, along with the John Ryan's House residential-style recovery program.
