Conifer Park

Conifer Park has treated addiction in New York since 1983 and is one of the state's longest-established addiction medicine providers. Its inpatient campus on Glenridge Road in Glenville holds 225 licensed beds on wooded grounds, running medically supervised detox, residential treatment and psychiatric care, with individual care plans, group and individual therapy and holistic therapies. Around it sits a network of outpatient clinics across the Capital Region, including an intensive outpatient program, dual-diagnosis outpatient care and professional medication-assisted treatment in Troy — so someone can step down from the inpatient campus without changing provider. Conifer Park is an employee-owned organization, licensed by New York State OASAS and holding two active Joint Commission accreditations. New York Medicaid is accepted along with Medicare, most commercial plans, military insurance, state funding and self-pay, and benefits are confirmed before admission.
