Zinnia Health Exeter is located in a quiet, relaxing setting in southern Rhode Island, and offers inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment for adults. We have a passion for helping individuals and their families conquer their substance use and secondary mental health disorders. Most insurance plans are accepted, including commercial and Rhode Island Medicaid policies. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available to those who need it.

Zinnia Health Exeter provides residential substance use treatment on Main Street in Exeter, Rhode Island, on a site that previously operated as the Phoenix House Exeter Center. It serves adults, including veterans, and treats co-occurring mental health conditions alongside substance use; medication including methadone and buprenorphine is used to manage withdrawal and cravings. Almost every route is open here: Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance or self-payment.

BHG Westerly Treatment Center provides medication-assisted treatment in Westerly, Rhode Island, offering methadone, Suboxone, and naltrexone for opioid use disorder. The facility serves adults with individualized recovery plans in an outpatient setting, with counseling and medical oversight integrated into every treatment plan.
