Connecticut Counseling Centers is a not-for-profit provider of licensed outpatient substance use and mental health treatment for adults in recovery. Its Norwalk location offers bilingual English and Spanish services, and the organization is CARF-accredited, licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and funded in part by the state. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
