Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Opioid Treatment Programs

Klawock Behavioral Health is operated by the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) on the Klawock-Hollis Highway and provides outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health care to residents of Southeast Alaska. SEARHC was established in 1975 under the provisions of the Indian Self-Determination Act and describes itself as a nonprofit health organization serving the region alongside primary, urgent, emergency and dental care. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, as are private and military insurance and state-financed care.

Centerstone of Illinois is part of Centerstone, a nonprofit health system providing mental health and addiction treatment for adults, children, families, veterans and military service members. Its Alton location offers intensive outpatient and outpatient care within a system that also provides residential and inpatient services. Centerstone accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.

CODAC Behavioral Healthcare has offered substance use treatment, recovery and prevention services in Rhode Island for more than 50 years. With nine locations statewide, two correctional facility programs and mobile medical units, CODAC's newly opened Royal Little Drive location in Providence provides integrated outpatient care and accepts Medicare and Medicaid.

Treatment is medication-assisted, using Suboxone, methadone, Vivitrol and the newly added Brixadi injection, paired with individual and group therapy for opioid use disorder, alcohol and prescription drug addiction, and co-occurring depression or anxiety. Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and self-payment are accepted, and the programme schedules around work, family and pregnancy rather than requiring a residential stay.

Helio Health's Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic at 329 North Salina Street in Syracuse is part of the organisation's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, combining substance use and mental health outpatient care in one site. The clinic's opioid treatment programme provides assessment, individual, group and family counselling with methadone or Suboxone dispensed on site, and take-home privileges are granted over time; a separate child and adolescent clinic serves young people, with 12- to 17-year-olds able to receive treatment without parental consent subject to the clinic director's approval. THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2024 that provides mental health and addiction services for children, adolescents, adults and families across Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties in northern New York, with its Watertown site at 611 West Main Street. It is certified by NYS OASAS and the NYS Office of Mental Health, holds CARF International accreditation for its opioid treatment programme, and offers same-day or appointment-based outpatient care alongside short- and long-term residential care and supportive housing. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, and a sliding fee scale based on family size and income is available for people without insurance.

Liberation Programs has helped Fairfield County families recover from addiction since 1971, offering outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment at its Stamford location on Main Street. The nonprofit operates a women's REACH program, mobile outreach, and residential beds for women with children through its Families in Recovery Program. Liberation also provides a men's inpatient program and medication-assisted treatment.

The Center for Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) is a multi-modality substance use program in Rock Island, Illinois, licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. It provides adolescent and adult outpatient treatment, the Prime for Life prevention curriculum, and problem-gambling services. CADS accepts Medicare, private insurance, military and state-funded coverage, with a sliding fee scale.

Allied Addiction Recovery is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment provider in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with additional locations in Greensburg and Washington. Its Norwalk location offers bilingual English and Spanish services, and the organization is CARF-accredited, licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and funded in part by the state. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.

Concerted Care Group's Cumberland clinic at 1050 West Industrial Boulevard, Suite 16 provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, including medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone and methadone, outpatient counseling and psychiatric rehabilitation. The group works with adults living with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use and co-occurring conditions across Maryland and Delaware. The center offers flexible scheduling with weekday hours Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, and accepts appointments for individualized treatment planning.

BHG Westerly Treatment Center provides medication-assisted treatment in Westerly, Rhode Island, offering methadone, Suboxone, and naltrexone for opioid use disorder. Services include intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatry, and court-related substance use and DUI evaluations. DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre provides addiction treatment across the greater Cincinnati and southwest Ohio area, with locations including Fairfield.
