Lakes Regional Community Center's Bonham campus on West Sam Rayburn Drive provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment for Fannin County and the wider Northeast Texas region, alongside mental health care, intellectual and developmental disability services and early childhood intervention. A 24/7 crisis hotline runs on 877-466-0660, interpretation is available through Language Link, and the center supports veterans through the Texas Veterans Portal. Texas Medicaid is accepted including the managed programs STAR, STAR Plus and STAR Kids, along with Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding — and services are never denied for inability to pay, with a sliding fee discount for uninsured people based on family size and income.
