LifePath Systems

LifePath Systems is Collin County's community behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability authority, working from Heritage Drive in McKinney. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adults and young people alongside crisis services, early childhood intervention, veterans' services and IDD supports. It works with Medicaid — including the YES Waiver, which covers children and young people aged 3 to 18 with serious mental, emotional and behavioral difficulties — as well as many insurers and state funding agencies, and it contracts with local psychiatric facilities so that people on low incomes and without insurance can still be admitted. Medicare, military insurance and self-pay are also accepted.
