The Farmington site is an integrated outpatient clinic within FLACRA's regional continuum, which also includes a 23-bed OASAS-certified addictions crisis centre for medically supervised withdrawal and stabilisation, a 44-bed residential rehabilitation and stabilisation residence at Maxwell Hall, and reintegration housing developed with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Outpatient care at Farmington covers assessment, individual and group counselling, recurrence-prevention and WRAP planning, peer services and family involvement, with care management available for people moving between levels of care.
