FLACRA – Farmington Integrated Outpatient

FLACRA's Farmington Integrated Outpatient clinic at 1386 Hathaway Drive is one of seven outpatient clinics the agency runs across the Finger Lakes region, providing substance use counseling, intensive outpatient treatment and medication-assisted treatment including daily methadone dispensing. Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private not-for-profit agency licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and it publishes a sliding fee scale for people paying out of pocket. Medicaid and Medicare are both accepted here, alongside private insurance, military insurance and self-payment.
