Regional Health Systems

Regional Health Systems' East Chicago site on Indianapolis Boulevard is the residential end of its service: medically supervised detoxification and residential substance use treatment, with intensive outpatient programming alongside. Regional Health Systems is a non-profit community mental health center and federally qualified health center serving northwest Indiana, so addiction treatment here sits beside primary care, and it offers a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Wrap-around addiction services cover adults including pregnant women and women with children, Vivitrol and Suboxone are available, bilingual Spanish-speaking staff are on site, and interpretation is available in more than 240 further languages. Payment can be made through Medicaid, Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.
