Recovia treats chronic pain and substance use together rather than as separate problems — its stated goal is decreasing all forms of pain while building a program around the person's own goals, which is a different proposition from an addiction program that treats opioid use and leaves the underlying pain untouched. It is in network with almost all commercial plans, AHCCCS, Medicare and Workers' Compensation, the last of which matters for an injury that started the whole thing.
