MIND 24-7 runs walk-in mental health clinics in Arizona that are open every hour of every day, with a licensed clinical team on site around the clock. There is no appointment and no referral — the model exists because a mental health crisis does not schedule itself, and the alternative for most people is an emergency department. Its child and adolescent crisis unit was the first of its kind in the country.
