About Pecan Valley Centers – Granbury

Pecan Valley Centers is the local mental health and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) authority for six Texas counties — Johnson, Somervell, Hood, Erath, Parker and Palo Pinto — and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic with more than 50 years of service. Its Granbury clinic provides substance use treatment alongside mental health, IDD and veteran services. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and military insurance, offers a sliding fee discount based on family size and income, and does not deny services for inability to pay.
