Helio Health – Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic

Helio Health's Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic at 329 North Salina Street in Syracuse is part of the organisation's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, combining substance use and mental health outpatient care in one site. The clinic's opioid treatment programme provides assessment, individual, group and family counselling with methadone or Suboxone dispensed on site, and take-home privileges are granted over time; a separate child and adolescent clinic serves young people, with 12- to 17-year-olds able to receive treatment without parental consent subject to the clinic director's approval. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted here, along with private and military insurance and self-payment.
