About Good Samaritan Family Health Center
The Good Samaritan Family Health Center was established in Vincennes in 2018 and provides behavioral health care alongside primary care from its Bayou Street site, including outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment and a partial hospitalization program with medical monitoring during programming hours. The Family Health Center network runs locations across Knox, Daviess, Martin and Pike counties, with residential group homes, the accredited Wabash Valley Friendship Clubhouse and school-based clinics complementing its clinics, and its Green Door Center opened in 2024 to provide 24/7 behavioral health crisis services. It is certified by the National Health Service Corps, accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction, and publishes its service brochures in Spanish and Haitian Creole as well as English. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted here, as are private and military insurance and state funding.
