Avenues was founded in 2016, now operates across a dozen states serving an average of 8,500 clients a year, and is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by LegitScript. Its wider network runs medical detox, residential care and partial hospitalization, so a client here who needs a higher level of care can move within the same organization. The Concord program is in network with most commercial and government plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, and military insurance and a sliding scale are available.

Choices is Riverbend Community Mental Health's substance use program at 42 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire. It provides intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Riverbend is a non-profit community mental health center serving the Concord area, with psychiatric emergency services alongside its outpatient programs.

White Horse Addiction Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing outpatient substance use and mental health treatment across four northern New Hampshire towns — Center Ossipee, North Conway, Littleton and Berlin. Fees are on a sliding scale and no one is turned away for inability to pay. Services are for adults and families; children and adolescents are not yet served.
