Zinnia Health Exeter is located in a quiet, relaxing setting in southern Rhode Island, and offers inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment for adults. We have a passion for helping individuals and their families conquer their substance use and secondary mental health disorders.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available to those who need it. Recovering from opioid use disorder (OUD) can be particularly difficult, and even dangerous if a patient relapses. We offer MAT with methadone and Suboxone for our clients as they recover, safely, and transform their lives.

Indoor basketball court and gymnasium

Zinnia Health Exeter residents enjoy physical fitness in our basketball court and gym. We believe in holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Zinnia Health Exeter has treated thousands of clients with our detox and residential programs in southern Rhode Island. Our facility proudly accepts Rhode Island Medicaid policies, making it highly accessible to residents throughout the state. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available to those recovering from opiate use disorders. Our full-size beds and full-time chef will ensure you’re comfortable throughout your stay. Once cleared from detox, residents enjoy our indoor gymnasium and basketball court.

Length of stay is determined by individual assessment and progress toward clinical goals, but most clients spend roughly 30 days, combined, in our detox and residential programs. Lower levels of care are offered, making it easy to stay within a supportive, known environment.

Most insurance plans are accepted, including commercial and Rhode Island Medicaid policies.

Options for those with state Medicaid policies are often limited. Zinnia Health Exeter proudly serves individuals with Rhode Island Medicaid insurance.

The first step to recovering from your addiction is to reach out to a treatment specialist. In this phone call, they will gather a little information about you and answer any questions you have about the facility.

From there, you will speak to an intake coordinator to perform an intake assessment. This process helps determine which treatment program would work best for you and if you need additional treatment for co-occurring conditions.
