About St. Luke's Penn Foundation — Recovery Center

The Recovery Center at St. Luke's Penn Foundation in Sellersville provides a full continuum for substance use: an inpatient, non-hospital detox giving 24/7 support outside a traditional hospital setting, inpatient rehabilitation that treats substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions together, and intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Treatment begins with an assessment and can draw on psychological and psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual, family, marital, group and faith-based counseling. A peer-support service is open to adults in Upper Bucks and Upper Montgomery counties who have Medical Assistance or may qualify for county funding. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance are accepted, along with state funding, self-pay and a sliding scale.

More about St. Luke's Penn Foundation — Recovery Center

The Penn Foundation detox is deliberately non-hospital: 24/7 supervision in a calm, structured residential setting for people who need stabilization but not a medical ward — with St. Luke's Sacred Heart's hospital-based unit available for those whose withdrawal or co-occurring medical needs require it. Inpatient rehabilitation follows, integrating substance use and mental health treatment rather than sequencing them. A partial hospitalization program runs five days a week during the day, including for people discharged from inpatient care returning to everyday life, and includes discharge planning and referral onward.
