About Rock Island County Council on Addictions
The Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) is a non-profit that has served the Quad Cities and surrounding counties since 1960, working from John Deere Expressway in East Moline. Its programs include long-term residential extended care and adult outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, with placement decided by ASAM clinical assessment, along with DUI evaluation and services, anger management and domestic violence assessment and treatment, and prevention work with young people and families across Rock Island, Henry and Mercer counties. Adolescents as well as adults are assessed and treated. Medicare, military insurance and self-pay are accepted.
