Banyan Chicago offers structured outpatient treatment for adults with substance use disorders, primary mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. Located in Lisle, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, our programs provide different levels of support based on each individual's clinical needs, treatment goals, and daily responsibilities.

Our treatment options include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), in-person Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP). These levels of care are available for individuals seeking addiction treatment as well as those receiving care for primary mental health concerns. PHP provides a more structured level of outpatient care, while IOP offers greater flexibility for individuals balancing treatment with work, family, school, and other responsibilities. Virtual IOP provides an additional option for eligible individuals to participate in structured treatment remotely.

Each individual receives a clinical assessment to help determine an appropriate level of care and develop an individualized treatment plan. Depending on the individual's needs and program, treatment may incorporate individual and group therapy, coping skills development, relapse prevention, and support for mental health symptoms and co-occurring conditions. As treatment progresses, the clinical team evaluates each person's needs and works with them to determine appropriate next steps in their care.
