Red Rock Behavioral Health Services

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community mental health organization founded in 1974 that serves Oklahoma City and 16 counties across Oklahoma, and its Elk City site on West 3rd Street provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care for adults aged 16 and older as well as children's and adolescent services. Red Rock opened an Urgent Recovery Center in Elk City in December 2023, holds CARF accreditation first awarded in 1992, and reports a workforce of nearly 800 staff as of 2025. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted along with private and military insurance and state funding, and the organization states that insurance or ability to pay will never be a barrier to care.
