Polara Health

Polara Health has served families in Yavapai County since 1966. Its Crisis Stabilization Unit is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and takes people who walk through the door — no appointment, no referral — providing 24-hour care for anyone aged 18 and over. At the other end of the age range its Birth to Five Program is a designated Center of Excellence. Substance use treatment sits inside that county-wide system rather than standing alone.
