Embrace Life Change

Embrace Life Change is a six-bed residential treatment facility in Ontario, California, specializing in mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. Its size is the point: with six beds the program builds individual treatment plans from a LOCUS-based assessment, combining CBT, DBT and ACT with medication management and family involvement, and group work focused on trauma, relationships and managing emotions. A psychiatrist and a medical doctor are on staff, which lets psychiatric and physical health be handled together rather than referred apart, and aftercare planning is treated as part of the treatment rather than an afterthought. Medicare, private insurance and state funding are accepted.
