Community Partners Integrated Healthcare

Community Partners Integrated Healthcare was one of the first licensed integrated care clinics in Arizona, and has grown from a single clinic serving 40 members in 2014 to multiple locations across eight counties. Integrated means what it says here: mental health, substance use and physical healthcare are delivered by one organization rather than coordinated between three. It was a catalyst for the best-practice crisis system now used in Southern Arizona and shares that expertise with other providers.
