Harbor is a not-for-profit mental health and substance use treatment provider serving Northwest Ohio for more than 100 years. Its Women's Residential Rehab program provides residential treatment for substance use where mothers can keep their babies with them during recovery, alongside mental health urgent care and outpatient services. Harbor accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

DeCoach Recovery Centre has treated addiction in Ohio since 2016 and serves Butler, Hamilton, Greene, Montgomery and Preble counties from this Dayton site. The Dayton VA Medical Center provides medically supervised detoxification and substance use treatment exclusively for veterans in Dayton, Ohio. As a Department of Veterans Affairs facility, the program offers integrated addiction and mental health services with access to the full VA healthcare system. The Dayton VAMC accepts VA benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
