Midwest Detox Center provides medically supervised withdrawal management and residential treatment in Maumee, Ohio, with partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care and medication-assisted treatment following on. It is a private, state-licensed facility offering 24-hour medical care, treating substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions with a mix of holistic and evidence-based practice. The center works with Ohio Medicaid as well as most major insurers, and Medicare, private and military insurance and self-pay are also accepted.

Harbor is a not-for-profit mental health and substance use treatment provider serving Northwest Ohio for more than 100 years. Its Women's Residential Rehab program provides residential treatment for substance use where mothers can keep their babies with them during recovery, alongside mental health urgent care and outpatient services. Harbor accepts Medicaid and Medicare.
