Located on Long Island’s East End, Wainscott Residential Services serve young men ages 18-30 who are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. Phoenix House's nationally-recognized model features evidence-based treatment services, compassionate staff, and a nurturing environment. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Camelot of Staten Island runs a 45-bed intensive residential program for men with substance use disorders on the Sea View Hospital campus, opened in 2012. It is operated by Camelot Counseling, a 501(c)(3) non-profit licensed by the State of New York that has worked on Staten Island since 1971, when a group of local business people from the North Shore Kiwanis Club opened a storefront program for troubled young people. Camelot opened the island's first 25-bed substance use residential facility in 1992, and now also provides counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families, with adult outpatient services for men and women. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted, with a sliding scale.

Turning Point House by Caz Recovery is a residential rehabilitation program for men with substance use disorders, certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. Located on four acres of wooded rural property in Eden, the program serves 30 men age 18 and older and offers substance use, mental health, vocational, and family counseling alongside basic medical care. Admission requires enrollment in a Medicaid managed care plan.

Unity House by Caz Recovery is a residential reintegration program for homeless men in recovery, certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. Located on Buffalo's East Side, the program serves 24 men age 18 and older, pairing counseling with support toward work, education, and independent living in a trauma-informed setting. Unity House accepts Medicare, private insurance, and military insurance.
