Farnum Center is a drug and alcohol rehab for adults and young adults. We are based in Manchester, New Hampshire. Our focus is on residential addiction treatment. Farnum Center further specializes in the provision of an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a day treatment program (PHP) and medical detoxification.

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester provides community-based mental health services in Manchester, New Hampshire. The program offers child and adolescent services, adult outpatient therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression, and the InSHAPE wellness program. The center takes a culturally aware approach to treatment and participates in mental health research studies.

Harbor Care is a non-profit provider in Nashua, New Hampshire offering residential substance use treatment alongside mental health and primary care services. Its programs are designed for people experiencing homelessness and for veterans, combining treatment with housing and supportive services. The Amherst Street location is part of a wider network of health and housing programs in southern New Hampshire.
