Our Hope Association is a non-profit women's residential addiction treatment center in Grand Rapids that has worked with women for more than fifty years, since 1972. Its signature program is a 90-day long-term residential stay, and it gives priority to pregnant women and to mothers of minor children. Medicaid is accepted through Community Mental Health partners — a woman with Medicaid should contact her local CMH for approval before admission — and Kent County residents who are uninsured, on Medicaid or on the Kent Health Plan may qualify for financial assistance. Cigna, Medicare and state funding are also accepted.

Phoenix House is a nonprofit substance abuse treatment provider in Calumet, Michigan, serving the Western Upper Peninsula since 1973. Its Calumet location offers a men's residential program, substance abuse assessments, and outpatient counseling.
