Center for Discovery's Plano location opened in 2015 in an estate-style home in the Willow Bend neighborhood of Plano, Texas, and provides residential eating disorder treatment for young people of all genders aged 9 to 17. The program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia and other specified feeding or eating disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health conditions, and the wider organization also runs intensive outpatient care at three to five hours a day, three to five days a week for adolescents and adults. Private insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Optum, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE and TriWest.

Arise Recovery Centers' McKinney site on TPC Drive provides outpatient addiction treatment for Collin County — an intensive outpatient program, a supportive outpatient program below it, partial hospitalization above, plus medication-assisted treatment and dual-diagnosis care. Treatment is delivered by master's-level counselors and grounded in 12-step recovery. Because Arise runs twelve locations across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston and Austin, someone starting here can continue at another site rather than beginning again. LifePath Systems is Collin County's community behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability authority, working from Heritage Drive in McKinney. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adults and young people alongside crisis services, early childhood intervention, veterans' services and IDD supports. Its partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs run for ages 8 to 17, with an inpatient hospital for children from age 5, so a young person's care can move between levels inside one organization.
